This page is for reservations of River Watch HOA community assets. Currently this includes the River Watch community pool / pavilion and extra guest passes, but will likely expand to include other services.

Pool pavilion rentals details:
1) Limited to residents and their guests.
2) Pool / Pavilion party reservations are for a 3 hour window.
3) Reservations are limited to 20 total persons including residents/family.
4) Residents are responsible to ensure guests follow pool rules and be respectful of other guests..
5) Residents must be present at all times and clean up after their guests.
6) Rentals do NOT provide exclusive access to the pool or covered space. Do not impede other residents enjoyment of the pool.
7) Failure to follow rules or clean up after your party may result in fines, revocation of pavilion rental or pool use privileges.
